Schema Management Group was founded in New York City and spanned its operations for almost 30 years over five continents. The Company’s primary mission is to prevent and resolve construction problems that negatively affect the success of engineering and construction projects, by establishing mechanisms early on, that serves this purpose.

SMG’s staff possess many years of project/construction management, contract administration, and project controls experience in their professional careers, as such they qualify and have the capability, and credibility to properly analyze problems and disputes, establish cause-effect relationships, and develop defensible and persuasive opinions relative to the responsibility for problems and resulting schedule delays and cost overruns.

The methods and principles we apply, provide our Clients with the knowledge to properly manage and control the scope, quality, cost, schedule, and contract administration aspects of their projects and prevent/mitigate problems that arise.

Schema Management Group was established in 1992 in New York City serving Contractors requirements with tasks relating to Construction Management and Planning.

The offices in Europe opened in Athens, Greece in the year 2000, serving Contractors by establishing and monitoring tasks including Planning, Project controls, Estimating and Construction Claims, and covering the fields of Infrastructure, Residential and Commercial Buildings, and Power until today.

The offices in the Gulf Region opened in Dubai, U.A.E., in 2006 covering the broader Gulf Region, and serving both Contractors and Developers with Project Management tasks and Claims and Dispute resolution services until today.

Schema Management Group’s officers and the majority of our consultants worked together for several years, and as such share the same basis of knowledge and thrive for improvement through collaboration in the assigned tasks.

At Schema we have a commitment to long term relationships both with our employees as well as our Clients.  Our Consultants of different disciplines work together in synergy to produce the required result and constitute part of a task force on any given project.
